TEDX - Writting and Movie Direting

 

TEDx ask us to create and direct a film to celebrate its 5th anniversary in our town. There will be another day of great speeches and inspiration from a huge and "open mind” bench of professionals, students and citizens. We could not use actors but the TEDx Stuff itself. The Idea was have a focus in a very simple icon to show everyone else, that “people can influence people, making them, see each other as an exemple”.

 

Once they approved the script, with the mirrors idea, we start the challenge to shoot the film. We would do the shooting in a bathroom. All the set remained in darkness to let the “actors” more opened to little attitudes (some of it, unusual even for themselves) witch reveals the content of TEDs main objectives. TEDx had this year more than 7.000 signatures to be at the event. The film, according to them represent exactly what they want to say: “connections to reflect. Ideas who worth to spread out”.
